Traveling to Saint-Petersburg several times with my fellow colleagues, we came across the problem find a taxi for 3-4 big men and a luggage. Usually we had to take two cars at the airport or hire a minivan for an exorbitant price. One of the locals suggested this service and that was spot on! Huge SUV and sizable trunk made our travel from and to Pulkovo airport extremely easy and relatively inexpensive. The drivers are very helpful, professional and friendly. Fluency in English comes as a valuable bonus. Will be definitely using it in SPB again and highly recommend to everyone! Thank you and keep it up!

This was our first time to Russia and we were a little worried about the journey from the airport to our hotel. As soon as we cleared customs at St Petersburg airport we were met by Nikolay. He had our name card clearly on show and was the first person we met. He welcomed us to Russia and spoke fantastic English to which we engaged in a very good conversation from the airport to our hotel in St Petersburg. En route, Nikolay was a safe driver and explained all the sights as we travelled through. We both bonded with Nikolay and asked him if he could take us back to the airport when our vacation finished. This was no problem and arrangements were easily agreed. Collection from our hotel was on time and again Nikolay was friendly, professional and an excellent driver navigating the streets of the city... important as on that day Putin was arriving and many roads were being closed. Nikolai greeted me at the airport with a smile. I was relieved to see him and to know that I would not have to figure out transportation to my hotel. He spoke English very well and provided a safe and informative ride. Nikolai also brought my son and I back to the airport on our departure date and when we missed our flight, due to a mishap after we were dropped off, he was there with a smile to try again the following day. Service we received from Nikolai was first class. Booking was easy, communication before we left UK was good, the price was best we had been quoted. We booked a Ford Focus size car for 2 people and 2 suitcases. Nikolai arrived spot on time in large luxury vehicle. Journey to our hotel in Moika (Kempinski) was fast and Nikolai was full of local knowledge, his english is excellent and he is a really friendly helpful guy. We ended up booking him for return leg to Pulkovo Airport and service was equally as good he stopped off on way to show us some fantastic buildings off the normal tourist route. If you are travelling to Saint Petersburg you must consider using taxi 812 they will not disappoint.
